Customer Support
Our Customer Software Support Center (CSSC)
provides technical support for software products distributed by Hitachi
Computer Products (America), Inc. We provide our customers who have a
current Software Maintenance and Support Agreement with telephone, fax,
email and World Wide Web access to the CSSC. The goal of the CSSC is to
provide high quality support services that meet our customers' support
requirements in a timely and effective manner and to increase customer
product satisfaction. CSSC will:

Respond to Customer product inquiries

Verify any reported errors
-
Provide acceptable problem workarounds,
if applicable
-
Coordinate resolution of program
problems
-
Communicate with the Customer regarding
status and/or for additional problem information
